Overview:

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to lead our supply chain efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic procurement plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead a team of procurement professionals to ensure effective procurement processes
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and opportunities
  • Develop and manage procurement budgets to ensure cost savings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
  • Progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management and proven leadership abilities
  • Supply Chain Designation (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a similar industry highly advantageous
