About the Role


EverLine Coatings and Services, a premier line painting and maintenance company in Sudbury-North Bay, is seeking a seasoned Foreman to lead our pavement maintenance team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for overseeing and assisting with the production of night work, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.



Responsibilities



  • Supervise and assist with the production of night work, including line painting, asphalt crack filling, and seal coating
  • Maintain a safe and organized job site, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
  • Plan and facilitate the production of high-quality projects, meeting deadlines and client expectations
  • Communicate daily with the Operations Manager regarding project status and any challenges or concerns
  • Oversee the performance of equipment and ensure timely maintenance and repairs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives


Requirements



  • A valid G Class driver's license with a clean driving record (Driver's Abstract required) and a reliable vehicle
  • Self-motivation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in physically demanding roles with extensive walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Prior experience with small engines and/or paint sprayers is an asset
  • An engineering educational background is beneficial
