- As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will build out financial budgets, models, and business partnerships across the organization.
- You will create departmental budgets alongside leaders within the organization.
- You will build out and conduct analysis on business cases within the organization.
- You will ensure timely preparation, enhancement, analysis, and distribution of monthly financial reporting packages.
- You will develop, present, and track departmental budgets.
- You will analyze cost center detail and explain variances.
- You will prepare and update cash flow projections.
- You will create other forecasts and trend analyses, relating to the current business products, future and prospective initiatives, and changing trends in the Insurance market.
- You will provide advice and guidance to the Controller, VP of Finance & Administration, and all internal departments as necessary.
- You will continue to improve the measurement and reporting of KPIs.
- You will complete senior-level year-end audit tasks, including the development and reconciliation of supporting working papers.
- You will set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage demands individually.
- You will perform all other job-related tasks or special projects as directed.
- You have 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
- You have 2+ years of experience in FP&A and financial modeling.
- You have previous experience in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and financial analysis.
- You have excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,000/year
