We are a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to transforming the homes of our community through high-quality lawn care and painting/staining services. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete projects from start to finish with a focus on quality and timeliness
  • Maintain a clean and organized work site
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owners to ensure satisfaction
  • Assist with marketing efforts by distributing flyers and promoting our services door-to-door

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with hands-on work is an asset, but not required (training will be provided)
  • Reliable transportation is essential
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills are a must

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $17-$25/hour depending on experience and responsibility
