Pega Lead Systems Architect Job Description

Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled Pega Lead Systems Architect to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the technical implementation of Pega PRPC v7.x/v8.x solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the development team and product owner to understand system requirements and project delivery.
  • Create low-level design documents for enterprise-class structure, data model, and data classes based on signed-off system requirements.
  • Develop and design applications using PEGA PRPC components like Process Flows, UI (Harness, Sections), Connectors, Decision Tables, and Decision Trees.
  • Apply advanced PEGA features like Agents and Listeners.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and practices.
  • Defect fixes and debugging using clipboard tool for the application PEGA code in different testing phases, deployment planning.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams in implementing requirements in Pega PRPC v7.x/v8.x.
  • LSA Certified.
  • Experience in architecting and designing Pega-based BPM/CRM solutions for large programs.
  • Experience working in an agile (Scrum/Pega Smart BPM) environment.
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications with Pega solutions.
Working Arrangements:
