Automotive Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Canadian Tire. As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Explain the type and cost of services offered to customers and ensure that they understand their options.
- Assess customer feedback, enquiries, and complaints to provide meaningful information and services.
- Process payments and sell merchandise to customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
