Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Effectively allocate sales responsibilities to team members, ensuring the store is fully staffed and customers receive prompt assistance.
  • Hire and Train: Recruit, interview, and train new staff members, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Authorize Payments and Merchandise: Process payments, authorize returns, and manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.
  • Sell Merchandise: Engage with customers, promote products, and drive sales growth through effective sales techniques.
  • Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, resolve supply chain issues, and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Organize Inventory: Manage inventory levels, maintain a clean and organized store, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
