Your Opportunity at Secure Energy
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Business Intelligence Technology and Security (BITS) organization, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business and technology. Your primary objective will be to align technology solutions with business objectives, facilitate communication, and ensure that analytics meet the organization's needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of overall business objectives and align analytics strategy to support and enhance those goals.
- Identify key business trends, opportunities, and challenges that can be addressed through data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their near and long-term goals and challenges; create and align on analytics roadmaps.
- Attend business unit operational meetings and gather/take ownership of technology-related actions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
- Prioritize Business Intelligence Technology and Security (BITS) related activities to ensure value creation is balanced with resource availability.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in engineering, information technology, business, or a related field.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to understand business, operations, and technology.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
- Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
