We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Park Paving Ltd. As a Field Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and scheduling the work of mechanics and welders in the field, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor mechanics and welders in the field
  • Schedule and oversee repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Schedule and oversee work on various construction equipment in the field
  • Assist mechanics with troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
  • Work with other personnel within the maintenance department to ensure all service and repairs are completed in an efficient and timely manner
Requirements:
  • Must have a Heavy Duty Technician license
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a Maintenance Supervisor role
  • Previous production facility experience such as asphalt plant, concrete plant, gravel yard, and crusher
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment fit to work medical assessment
  • Valid Class 5 Drivers License & Clean 5-year commercial abstract
