Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Assembly Specialist to join our team at JobCart Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all order aspects are properly organized, correct and complete.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure completed products adhere to job specifications and meet quality of work standards.
  • Operate a small heat press to apply customization aspects (names, numbers, logos, labels) to apparel.
  • Run daily duties to make the printers are ready to run smoothly.
  • Prepare vinyl for application of names and numbers on customized apparel.
  • Accurately report any quality issues to supervisor(s).
  • General production tasks as required, such as bagging and tagging apparel and assisting in inventory counts.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, storage areas and workstations tidy.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English (written and oral).
  • On-site training provided for entire scope of work.
  • Design background or experience in clothing customization or manufacturing preferred.

Working Conditions

The successful candidate must be physically able to go up and down stairs, carry boxes of 20-50lbs, operate a heat press (small machine requiring the lifting and pressing of a lever), and spend most of their work day standing.
