Job Summary:

The Global Trade Development Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the sales and international trade operations of the company, requiring strong analytical and communication skills. This role involves estimating prices, preparing sales and orders, promoting sales to clients, and identifying potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates to ensure accurate pricing and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the preparation of sales and orders, ensuring timely and efficient processing to meet customer needs.
  • Promote sales to existing clients through effective communication and relationship-building, highlighting the benefits and value of our products and services.
  • Identify and solicit potential clients, assessing their needs and resources to recommend suitable goods or services.
  • Deliver sales presentations, showcasing our offerings and expertise to drive business growth.
  • Represent Fresh Industries Inc. in international trade, conducting transactions with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Conduct sales transactions using electronic commerce platforms, providing seamless customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide input into product design, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Offer ongoing support to clients after sale, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement training sessions to enhance the skills of technical sales specialists within the organization.
Requirements:

To succeed as a Global Trade Development Specialist, you should possess a Master's degree and 1-2 years of experience in sales and international trade. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with global clients. Additionally, you should have expertise in MS Excel, QuickBooks, and Zoho CRM.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
