Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Order supplies and equipment
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Physically demanding
- Standing for extended periods
- Work under pressure
The Cook will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a team of experienced chefs and kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
