We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tow Truck Dispatcher to join our team at ALG AUTOMOTIVE LOUNGE GROUP INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure efficient and safe towing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs to track vehicle movements and activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to vehicle operators and the public
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, with a focus on emergency situations
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to optimize efficiency
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and efficient interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in dispatch management service software, mapping and data visualization software, and monitoring and tracking software
Work Environment
