Job DescriptionAs a Software Engineer on the Voice Platform, you'll have a huge impact on our product and direction. You'll be working with our product team to craft great user experiences around the magic our AI creates.
The team is a collaborative but highly autonomous working environment in which each member has a defined role with clear expectations, as well as the freedom to pursue individual projects.
Key Responsibilities- Stay closely with customers and their requirements, analyze the technical tradeoffs, own the customer-facing deliverables.
- Develop high-quality, well-designed, reusable, and well-tested system components, and contribute to the overall system designs.
- Optimize the platform design and implementation for lower latency, higher throughput, better reliability, and cost reduction.
- Grow into technical ownership in a substantial part of the Cresta product and platform.
- Contribute to building the best-in-class company in addition to building the best-in-class product.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficient in handling real-time streaming data (audio or video) with high throughput and low latency.
- Experience in high-performance database schema design and query optimization.
- Experience in containerized application deployment with Kubernetes.
Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
