Food and Beverage Service Associate

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team at Kuzina Resto & Grill. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
About the JobAs a Food and Beverage Service Associate, you will be responsible for presenting bills to customers, accepting payments, and describing menu items. You will also advise customers on menu selections, greet patrons, and serve food and beverages. Additionally, you will take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff, maintain inventory and records of food and supplies, and work in a team environment.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have basic math skills and be able to maintain accurate records. Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is an asset.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of $25,000 per year, paid bi-weekly. In addition to your base salary, you will receive a 10% gratuity on all sales, which will increase your total annual earnings to $27,500. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous paid time off policy.
