About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team at Apptad Inc. As a key member of our development team, you will play a critical role in designing and developing software components to meet the ongoing needs and business requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software modules to modernize financial management systems and ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical and data support for planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives.
  • Develop new web forms and system modules to support business operations.
  • Provide hands-on software development expertise to create sound solutions to business requirements.
  • Install, configure, and administer IIS web servers and MS SQL servers in distributed platforms.
  • Identify gaps in existing financial systems and design solutions to address them.
  • Prepare remediation plans and conduct detailed system analysis to satisfy business requirements.
  • Design and develop system design models, technical documentation, and specifications.
  • Research and develop solutions to migrate existing systems to Azure Cloud.
  • Provide maintenance, support, and operational warranty for implemented IT solutions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in designing and developing large, complex financial allocation and payment tracking systems.
  • Experience with public sector governance methodologies and understanding of public sector/ministries I&IT strategies, plans, policies, directives, best practices, and standards.
  • Hands-on experience with ASP.Net VB.Net Web Form, MVC development, MS IIS, Dot Net Framework, SQL Server environment, relational database design and development, RESTful web services, JSON and XML, Azure Boards, Azure Git, and Azure DevOps.
