The Opportunity
We're seeking a bright and outgoing Auto Mobile Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll build and maintain relationships with clients and local dealerships, providing diverse insurance coverage and products.
A Day in the Life
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and dealership representatives to grow your professional network.
- Offer creative solutions using a diverse selection of ICBC and private insurance products, achieving performance targets.
- Process a wide range of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more.
- Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling and referrals to Personal & Commercial Lines.
What You Bring
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Demonstrated sales experience and drive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of transactions.
- Weekend and evening availability.
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to travel to dealerships.
- Willingness to obtain a Level 1 and 2 License.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive variable compensation structure, including salary plus commission. The expected salary range for this position is $38,000.00 to $60,000.00, depending on your skills, experience, and working location. Our comprehensive benefit package includes extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses.
