About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Gold Leaf Reno & Construction Inc. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation
    • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the work site.
    • Measure weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting equipment.
  • Pre-Operational Inspection
    • Perform pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Material Handling
    • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
    • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
    • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
    • Level earth to fine grade specifications.
    • Assist in demolishing buildings.
    • Clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Maintenance and Cleanup
    • Perform routine maintenance work on equipment and tools.
    • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
    • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
    • Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment
    • Willing to relocate for work assignments.
    • Ability to work in various environments, including outdoors, at heights, and underground.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule
    • 35 to 40 hours per week.
