Maintenance Worker - Building

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at 10565 NFLD Inc. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, and clean floors and stairs
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners and other equipment
  • Empty trash cans and waste containers
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
  • Move heavy furniture and equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 to 40 hours of work per week
Work Environment:

Our building is a hotel, motel, or resort, and you will be working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
