Financial Close Practice

We are seeking a highly skilled CPM/EPM Consultant to join our Financial Close Practice (FC) at The Goal Getters Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering leading-practice financial close, consolidation, and reporting solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement financial close processes, including financial consolidation, statutory reporting, and narrative reporting.
  • Develop and maintain CPM/EPM solutions, including Oracle EPM Cloud and OneStream.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial close requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Provide training and support to clients on CPM/EPM solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial close and CPM/EPM.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with CPM/EPM software, including Oracle EPM Cloud and OneStream.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication, critical thinking, problem solving, negotiating, customer service, and rapport building.
  • Strong foundation in finance and accounting principles, processes, and requirements.
  • High technical aptitude, including intermediate Excel skills and experience with RDP, VCI, VPN, and coding.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
