**About the Role**

United Therapeutics Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Aeronautical Technician to join our team in Bromont, QC, Canada. As a Senior Aeronautical Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and modification of experimental electric helicopters, as well as the development of new technologies for electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform experimental systems installation on helicopter (electric propulsion system)
  • Adhere to the maintenance schedule of aircrafts to ensure the safety and reliability of the fleet
  • Implement and oversee adequate maintenance record-keeping practices using the CAMP software system (or others) to ensure activities are accurately documented
  • Participate in test flights by providing ground support. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure the success of each test flight, in coordination with engineering.
  • Perform Flight Readiness Inspection to ensure optimal functionality and safety before each flight
  • Maintain parts inventory
  • Perform all other duties as required

**Requirements**

  • Technical Degree from Québec's École Nationale d'Aérotechnique (ÉNA)
  • 4+ years of experience in aircraft/helicopter maintenance
  • Detailed knowledge of aviation maintenance standard practices
  • Capacity to adapt to evolving processes (R&D environment)
  • Capacity to adapt and ability to perform various tasks involving hands-on prototyping and office work (computer)

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • 1+ years of experience in RPAS operations
  • Private Pilot License
  • Knowledge or experience in using maintenance tracking software (CAMP)
  • Knowledge of 3D modelling parts and subassembly (hardware, tooling, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of Remotely-Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) operations
