Job Title: Automotive Refinisher

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Automotive Refinisher to join our team at Fix Auto Ste-Justine. This is a permanent, full-time position offering competitive benefits and a salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:
  • Inspect and repair damaged vehicles using various techniques, including painting and refinishing
  • Clean and maintain work area to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Replace front end components, body panels, and other damaged parts
  • Use specialized equipment to sand, grind, and file surfaces for painting
  • Mask and tape surfaces to prepare for painting
  • Hammer out dents and defects using blocks and hammers
  • Remove and replace interior components, such as dashboards and trim
  • Repair or replace windows, windshields, and sunroofs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in automotive refinishing
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
