Job Title: Carpentry Team Lead Position
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpentry Supervisor to join our team at Conarms Holdings Inc. This is a full-time position with a permanent work term.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of carpenters, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and schedule activities to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Train or arrange for training to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations.
- Develop methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
- Review blueprints and drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Procure and manage materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar field.
