At Twice the Deal Pizza, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and train our kitchen team to ensure they are meeting our high standards for food quality and presentation.
  • Manage Inventory: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure we have what we need to deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics to inform our business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
