About the Role:
The Digital Solutions Manager will lead the delivery of innovative digital solutions, driving digital transformation within our Supply Chain Management organization. This role is pivotal in enhancing supply chain efficiency, reducing costs, and integrating Information Technology (IT) with Operational Technology (OT).
Key Responsibilities:
In a Manager, Digital Solutions role, you will be responsible for collaborating with supply chain management and cross-functional teams to plan various digital and automated solutions. You will be overseeing the requirements gathering, application development, testing, and delivery of the digital solutions and the continuous improvements of the digital solutions portfolio. You are expected to stay updated with the latest digital trends in automation, AI/ML, low code development to drive innovation within the organization.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Build and manage a multidisciplinary digital solutions team, providing guidance and leadership to the team.
- Inherit the existing portfolio of primarily MS Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) driven solutions and continue to enhance offerings.
- Oversee operational improvement projects with a strong emphasis on digital transformation.
- Integrate IT and OT systems to optimize the supply chain processes.
- Performing product design, bug verification and beta support.
- Identifying and allocating technical resources and forecasting resource needs.
- Ensures base applications meet appropriate quality standards.
- Adheres to the departmental application development and delivery process standards.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
What You Will Need:
- 5+ years of experience delivering digital solutions, with a track record of successful project delivery in a leadership capacity of at least 2 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and cross-functional stakeholders on both technical and business concepts.
- Experience managing a multidisciplinary team of business analysts, UI/UX designers, application devs, QAs and designers to deliver complex solutions.
- Experience interacting with senior stakeholders (Director+).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of digital technologies, including Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power AI, Power BI), Dataverse, SQL, RPA tools, and programming languages such as Python, Java, C# (.Net Framework), etc.
- Bachelor's degree or beyond in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Added Bonus If You Have:
- Experience working with Oracle Cloud (Fusion).
- Experience working with data and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of enterprise procurement processes and technologies.
Travel Requirements:
- 0-5% travel requirement within US and Canada.
