Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team at Trip Laureate Limited. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 35 to 40 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics operations: Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries. Maintain work records and logs.
  • Dispatch personnel: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders. Respond to urgent calls from individuals who find themselves in life-threatening situations and require assistance.
  • Monitor and advise: Monitor personnel workloads and locations. Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems.
  • Record and process information: Record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses. Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate: Equivalent experience is also acceptable.
  • Experience: Experience in logistics operations or a related field is an asset.
Work Environment

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
