We are seeking skilled Instructor Therapists to join our team at Side by Side ABA Therapy. As an Instructor Therapist, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (or other developmental disabilities) in their homes, employing Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) teaching strategies as directed by a Senior Therapist and Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT).

• Implement sessions as directed by the RBT in accordance with the client's Individualized Service Plan (ISP) in the client's home or community.
• Implement feedback from the RBT (or delegate) in a timely manner to improve client outcomes.
• Record and graph data and notes required by the RBT.
• Arrive on time and prepared for all sessions with clients.
• Maintain regular communication with parents, other team members, and the agency.
• Other duties as assigned by the RBT.

• Possess a minimum of 6 months employment experience as an Instructor Therapist or similar role, implementing ABA procedures as directed by an RBT.
• Hold a College Diploma or University Degree in a related field.
• Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
