Material Handler

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Material Handler to join our team at Japa Equipment Rentals. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Load and unload products and materials from trucks, trailers, and storage areas.
- Operate a variety of equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to move materials and products.
- Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on safety.
- Meet physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 45 kg (100 lbs), and working in a variety of weather conditions.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Dependability, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Health care plan.
- As per collective agreement, including bonus and permanent employment.
- 40 hours per week, with a focus on work-life balance.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
