Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring that we receive the best possible quality and value for our money.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, building strong relationships and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our services.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the highest standard.
- Ensure that our restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
