Job Description:

This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel facilities, ensuring that all areas meet high standards of hygiene and aesthetics. Key responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, making beds, cleaning fixtures and appliances, handling lost and found items, and responding to customer complaints.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
    • Dust furniture and fixtures
    • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
    • Make beds and change sheets
    • Stock linen closet
    • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
    • Handle and report lost and found items
    • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
    • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
    • Clean changing rooms and showers
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
