Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to review their data and system needs, providing expert guidance on data integration solutions.
  • Create customized data file feed solutions to help clients integrate with Sun Life systems, leveraging your expertise in data mapping and integration.
  • Participate in client implementation teams, working closely with internal partners to deliver high-quality data integration solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data file maps using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Map Editor software, ensuring accurate and efficient data exchange.
  • Lead data file implementation projects through all stages of the integration development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring.
  • Identify and resolve data integration issues, providing creative solutions that meet client needs while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and process improvements within the team.
Requirements
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP formulas.
  • Strong understanding of file formats, including XML, CSV, and TXT.
  • Project Management knowledge of integration development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and high degree of integrity.
  • Continuous learner, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs and technologies.
