Job Summary

Nandwana International INC is seeking a skilled Site Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising workers and projects, preparing production reports, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Prepare and submit production reports, highlighting project progress and any challenges encountered.
  • Lead and instruct a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including equipment setup and maintenance.
  • Estimate costs and materials, ensuring accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings, ensuring accurate project execution.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Participation in government or community programs supporting newcomers and refugees.
  • Experience working with Indigenous communities.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
