Bairn Croft Residential Services is a leading provider of high-quality residential services for individuals with developmental disabilities and special needs. We are currently seeking a skilled Behavioural Counselor to join our team.

**Job Summary:**

We offer a competitive salary of $22.00-$23.00 per hour, plus permanent government wage enhancement, to support the continuous growth and development of our employees. **Responsibilities:**

As a Behavioural Counselor, you will provide support to individuals with special needs, evaluate resident's skills and development needs, resolve conflicts, supervise residents, implement behavior management programs, coordinate with social services and healthcare providers, develop intervention models and outcome measures, maintain program statistics for evaluation and research, and assist in evaluating treatment program effectiveness.

**Requirements:**

We require a minimum 1 year of study in a related subject field (Developmental Service Worker, Community Service Worker, Psychology, Applied Behavioural Analysis, Criminology, etc.) and 1 year of experience in a similar role. You must possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

**Location:**
