Recruiter for Hyper-Growth Tech Companies

Evolving Web is a digital experience company that impacts the lives of tens of thousands of users every day. We're seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead our recruitment strategy and help us attract top talent in North America and beyond.
**Job Summary**
We're looking for a seasoned Recruiter with at least 5 years of experience in fast-paced settings, preferably in agencies or startups. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify job requirements and develop a clear understanding of hiring needs.
- Review candidate resumes through our ATS (Workable) and identify prospective candidates through LinkedIn, job sites, and professional contacts.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews, guiding candidates through technical challenges while providing a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Participate in weekly candidate review meetings with hiring managers and leadership teams to refine our hiring strategies.
- Write engaging job descriptions that attract top talent and post them on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
- Maintain recruiting metrics and deliver progress reports to leadership.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience in an agency or startup environment, where you thrived in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other Applicant Tracking Software tools that streamline the recruitment process.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- An ability to maintain a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment.
- Have exceptional self-management and proactive communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is an asset.
**Compensation and Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary range of **$80,000 - $110,000 per year**, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous 401(k) matching program.
