As a Financial Operations Specialist at Pan Am Clinic, you will provide critical support to the Finance and Operations team, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations within the Churchill Health Centre. Your expertise in accounting and financial applications will be instrumental in processing and monitoring incoming payments, verifying and posting receipts, and performing general accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Process and monitor incoming payments and secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
- Perform general accounting tasks, including data entry and reconciliation.
- Provide secretarial duties as required, supporting the Finance and Operations team.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in accounting and financial operations.
- Post-secondary education/training in Accounting.
- Experience with computerized financial applications, such as Ormed Presto Financial applications, SAP, and MS Office applications.
