We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at JV Homes. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with lease agreements and administer contracts for property services
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations, monitoring progress and costs
  • Prepare expense and income reports, ensuring accurate financial management
  • Respond to client and tenant inquiries, providing timely and effective support
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in property administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in English language
