Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and execute new investment opportunities
  • Manage portfolio companies
  • Identify healthcare, business, and consumer services industry sectors with better than average economics
  • Generate deal flow and establish relationships with potential acquisition candidates
  • Support transactions and prepare investment memos
  • Assist portfolio companies with strategy, capital structure, and special projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in investment banking, private equity, or other relevant areas
  • High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
