Maintenance Technician

About the Role
The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. As a key member of the Facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and condition of our clubs, including performing routine maintenance tasks, repairing equipment, and ensuring that all facilities are safe and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and repairing facilities and equipment
- Ensure that all facilities are safe and well-maintained, including performing regular inspections and addressing any issues that arise
- Repair and maintain fitness equipment, audio and video systems, and other equipment as needed
- Monitor and operate pools, basic plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Review and prioritize work orders on a daily basis to ensure timely completion of tasks
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
- Related trade school training preferred
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification and prior knowledge of pool operations preferred
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance required
