Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for reviewing and recording invoices from vendors, processing expense reports from employees, and maintaining a database of financial information.

Responsibilities
  • Invoice Review and Processing
  • Review and record invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing
  • Process expense reports from employees and identify discrepancies
  • Financial Administration
  • Maintain a database of financial information
  • Have knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid unauthorized invoices and expenses
Requirements
  • Experience
  • Held an accounts payable or receivable role with a construction sub-trade or restoration firm
  • A degree in Accounting or related field
  • Skills
  • Strong understanding of General Ledger system and Accounts Payable processing
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and recording skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
