About the Role:

The Product Designer, User Experience will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences for all users of Graebel's technology platform. This role will ensure customer satisfaction across all devices and applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to product strategy across Graebel's technology platforms that create great user experiences, streamline operations, and ultimately drive growth for the company.
  • Create and maintain user personas, customer journeys, workflows, and other UX artifacts to communicate user insights and guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Product to determine, assess, and monitor user KPIs for launched products.
  • Lead cross-functional design and receive proper approvals and buy-in.
  • Be a passionate advocate for the user at every stage in the product development process.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience as a UX/Product Designer, preferably in SaaS environments.
  • Proven success in leading and/or working in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience with B2B2C platforms is preferred.
  • Mobility industry experience is an asset but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in design/human-computer interaction/related field (or equivalent work experience).

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range from $80,000-$130,000 CAD, depending on market/geographic location. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and believe that happy and fulfilled employees make it happen.
