Job Opportunity: Autobody Technician

We are seeking a skilled Autobody Technician to join our team at Airdrie Autobody. As a key member of our collision repair team, you will be responsible for leveraging your technical expertise in vehicle repair to deliver exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

About the Role:

  • Determine vehicle repair requirements and develop repair plans
  • Review damage reports, prepare and review repair cost estimates, and plan work to be performed
  • Remove damaged parts and replace front-end components, body components, doors, frames, and underbody components
  • Inspect vehicles to ensure repairs are functioning properly and the overall appearance of the completed work
  • Mentor, coach, train, and support the development of apprentices in the collision center

Requirements:

  • Red seal certification is an asset
  • Completion of post-secondary program and training courses
  • I-CAR certification training and I-CAR welding certification
  • A valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Ability to drive manual transmission
