Project Advisor Role

The Printing House is seeking a skilled Project Advisor to join our team in Toronto Downtown. As a Project Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Manager in responding to customer inquiries, creating detailed quotes and work orders, and expediting orders into production.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive compensation range of $20-$23 per hour and 40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, experience with MS Office, and a consultative approach to working with customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Manager in responding to customer inquiries
  • Capturing customer specifications into detailed estimates or work orders
  • Expediting work orders into production
  • Ensuring all work is completed prior to customer deadlines
  • Cash handling and invoicing in compliance with TPH policies and procedures
  • Verifying and updating account and contact information
  • Maintaining customer relationships
  • Ensuring data accuracy in our systems

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience with MS Office
  • Customer service experience in a retail environment
  • A consultative approach to working with customers
  • Team leadership skills
  • Estimating and upselling skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills
