About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing layouts according to building codes using measuring tools, measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials. Additionally, they will prepare tenders and quotations, build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, erect walls and roof systems, fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware, schedule and co-ordinate work on sites, supervise other workers, and estimate costs and materials.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, with a permanent employment status and English language proficiency.

Key Responsibilities
