About the Job:

Nature-Action Québec is seeking a skilled Équipier(-ière) horticole to join our team. As a key member of our ecological landscape team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our projects in natural environments and urban green spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of natural environments and urban green spaces.
  • Transport and handle tools, plants, and materials.
  • Perform tasks such as planting, pruning, and weeding.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of ecological restoration projects.

Requirements:

  • At least three months of experience in horticulture, landscaping, agriculture, or a related field.
  • Excellent physical condition and ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of native plant species (an asset).
  • Formal education in horticulture or a related field (an asset).
