The RoleWe are looking for an Assistant Store Manager at our Galeries de la Capitale location. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for operational excellence, including scheduling, inventory management, and employee performance evaluation.
Your primary objective will be to ensure excellent customer experiences through coaching and motivating your team while driving sales. You will also train and grow a team focused on delivering outrageous experiences to our community through coaching and feedback.
You will be responsible for delivering sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations. Additionally, you will act as a partner between customers, sales associates, and store leadership, supporting key initiatives empowered by and in partnership with the Store Manager.
To succeed in this role, you will need to take a proactive approach to growing the business through community outreach. This may involve sharing our awesome products with our community and ensuring we provide outrageous experiences 100% of the time.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role. You should have strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis.
We offer competitive pay, estimated at $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience. Benefits include flexible availability, nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
