The Role of a Trainer

As a Trainer, you will play a critical role in educating our employees on safety and compliance regulations. You will provide classroom and behind-the-wheel training to new operators and re-training for current operators.

Responsibilities

  • Provide training to location personnel
  • Track attendees and maintain training documentation based on regulations and company policy
  • Conduct accident investigations, complete compliance forms, and facilitate safety meetings

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of training experience
  • 1-3 years of transportation, safety, or related experience
  • Knowledge of federal and state rules and regulations regarding safety and environmental issues
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Possess a working vehicle for travel within the service area (as needed)
  • Subject to background check

Salary Range

Our estimated salary range for this position is between $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
