Key Responsibilities- Inspect buildings and outside areas to detect signs of infestation
- Determine the type of treatment required
- Prepare and spray chemical mixtures on infested areas
- Fumigate households
- Place and set traps to capture and remove animals
- Clean out areas that harbour pests
- Advise clients on how to prevent pest infestation
- Valid driver's license
- Driver's abstract
- Physically demanding work environment
- Attention to detail
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling
- Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player
- Learning/training paid by employer
