We are seeking a highly skilled Motorhome Mechanic to join our team at Traveland RV Supercentres. As a Motorhome Mechanic, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our customers' motorhomes.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair of motorhomes. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Examining and diagnosing motorhome problems
  • Discussing repairs with shop foremen or RV service advisors
  • Communicating additional service requests to RV service advisors
  • Planning work procedures in cooperation with shop foremen
  • Providing labor time estimates to RV service advisors
  • Monitoring repair time and updating RV service advisors regularly
  • Maintaining strict adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation
  • Completing story and/or documentation for client repairs
  • Assisting in mentoring RV technician trainees
  • Attending company and factory training
  • Keeping current with factory technical bulletins
  • Understanding and following federal, state and local regulations (such as disposal of hazardous waste)

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have 1-3 months related experience and/or training. Certificates, licenses, and registrations required include a driver's license.
