Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Retail Hardlines business, you will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives that drive inventory management, supply chain optimization, and customer experience improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage core inventory functions, including buying, forecasting, capacity management, and reporting.
  • Create and improve inventory systems and processes in partnership with technical and product teams.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to drive efficiencies and identify opportunities for cost reduction and profitability improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with Excel and data analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of leading process improvement, systems development, and project management.
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership and managing large data sets.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of statistics and analytical techniques.
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Proven ability to partner with and influence cross-functional teams to drive results.
