Your expertise will be utilized to review tender documents, seek clarification on missing information, and perform pre-bid site visits to collect important data for estimate development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing electrical estimates for commercial and industrial projects
  • Reviewing tender documents and seeking clarification on missing information
  • Performing pre-bid site visits to collect important data for estimate development
  • Liaising with owners, consultants, and contractors to seek estimate clarifications and foster strong relationships
  • Collaborating with field staff on execution methodology to ensure accuracy of estimate

Qualifications:

  • Electrical trade certificate or electrical engineering degree
  • 5-7 years of experience estimating electrical construction projects
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office applications skills
  • Working knowledge of Accubid/Trimble estimating software
